Ok, Mr. Joe. I tried both of these and neither worked. Any other suggestions?  I have a bunch of assignments that are ready to upload, but want to wait until I hear from you.

The usual cause of this is the deadline date and time you set.  If you post your assignment feedback after the deadline for students (which I'm betting we ALL do) then Moodle doesn't like that and won't show it.

Change or turn off the deadline date and time and see if that works.  If not, then re-upload your feedback and it should work.
