Maren,

I do not know what the cause of the problem is with the pop-up windows and Safari. It does sound like you have the settings configured appropriately. I will forward your message on to our Macintosh specialists and see if they have any suggestions but they may not respond until Monday.

In the meantime, I can recommend that you download and install Firefox (from http://www.getfirefox.com ) as it will likely correct the problem that you are having.

If you need further assistance, please email again or call on Monday.

Hi,

I have an iBook & I'm using Safari (OS X). In Moodle,
when I click on things, the pop-up window comes up,
but then before anything loads, it says it "Cancelled
Opening the Page". My security settings are correct
(accepts cookies, allows popups) & I don't see
anything else in the FAQ that refers to this problem.
Can you tell me what to do to fix it? Does Moodle
work better on Apples in different browsers?

Thanks,
Maren
