Hi Joe-- Can you be a bit more specific in the ways PHP config has been changed so that I can make the changes necessary on my site? 

If at all possible, I'd like to continue to use the .html extension for my php pages, meaning the php line in httpd.conf has to be set to include the .html extension. If not, I will have to re-write hundreds of lines of code, as well as contact as many as 20 english dept. faculty and try to instruct them to make the similar changes in their pages and links. It's a simple, one line change for you all, or many hours of work for me and other faculty.

If something has changed in relation to my MySql account, for example password, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can fix that in my database calls.

Yes, the teach.lanecc.edu underwent a major change/upgrade which will be affecting everyone.
We already have easy websites, Wordpress blogs, and the main teach faculty webmaster sites working, but there will be "special" cases that need attention.  

Ken, you will definitely need to make some changes after looking at your site.  PHP settings have changed for security reasons, and I think this might be what is happening.  It might also be the database connection.  Check them out at your earliest convenience.

The login page for the english dept. webpages is acting strange--are they unavailable due to maintenance, or is something else up?

I had hoped to work on them over break.
