Unless I'm doing something very wrong, I don't think both glossary grade choices, instructor rate and instructor rate cumulative are averaging scores rather than adding them.

I just gave it a shot in my HST195 course where the fake student has posted 3 entries.  I gave scores of 1, 1, 0 and set to instructor score cumulative, but the gradebook is showing 67%.

I've modified the relevant glossary files to add cumulative grading of glossary entries.  Since the original post was for the 2004 codebase, the changes are actually rather different than what was documented, so I'd appreciate it if you could verify that everything there is working according to plan.  Everything worked when I put it up on the test server, but I'd like some independent verification as well.
