I really don't Michelle to take days on the quiz. Is there anyway I (or you) can close this quiz? I have repeatedly talked to Michelle about a valid email. I have sent a message to the one in expresslane but with no reply.  She put a block on the Moodle email so I can't reach her this way.

Be sure to include all of the relevant info, such as class, quiz, student, etc.

By process of elimination, I see a Michell Parsha in your MTH105 course with an open quiz.
It does not look like she has answered ANY of the questions.  It looks as if she simply "looked" at the quiz and hit the save without submitting button.

If she were to login, she'd be able to continue her last attempt.

You are correct, she does not have a valid email address in Moodle.  Check your Banner student list and see if she has one there.

Also, you CAN still send her a Moodle message which she will see the next time she logs into Moodle.  (it just won't get forwarded to her email address.)

  This is a copy of the email I sent to Moodle Admin this morning. I need to get a student out of an "open quiz" as she has had it opened all through the night.
