Hi Meredith-- 
 
I had E-mailed Ingrid to tell her that the quiz cannot be submitted--there is no submit button, just a message after question 11 in the quiz that says, 
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/html/winter2007/lib/questionlib.php on line 1259.  
 I'm guessing that there is something in question #12 that is not allowing questions, 12-15 to be imported. 
 
I really wish she would preview her quizzes after she imports them, because she would have caught the error. 
 
I am not able to access Instructors' Tests, so even if I had the questions to import, I'm not able to fix it--I will have to try to catch up with her tomorrow or Friday to figure out what is wrong.   
 
I know that sometimes when a question begins with an initial A., B., C., D., E. or F., then Moodle thinks the formatting is for an ANSWER, so it may be something simple like that.
