Joe,

I will look into it, but I'll be honest that we're struggling with this, among other non-Shed "crises". I won't go into the excuses but the inexperience and short-handed staff are showing a bit. I have been trying to keep track of the emails coming and going to the SHED but this sounds like it may have been a phone call. Those are being answered by the lab coordinator and possibly a student worker.

I'll let you know what I find out.

Todd

I hope the student help desk is at least LOOKING at what problem a student is having, rather than stopping all help after a successful login. I'm guessing the smaller pop up window did indeed open and is covered by the larger "parent" screen. This would be an easy thing for the help desk to troubleshoot.

Joe,

Can you call me in my office? I have a student who cannot access my quiz. She initally logged on and was given a prompt to turn off her pop up blocker. She did that and now she can only get to the initial quiz screen. When she tries to enter the quiz, she just gets bumped back to the same screen. I directed her to the student help desk and they told her they couldn't help her once she was in Moodle.
