I tried benedi, ben, benedicoj, benedicto, juan, juanita, and bene.  Each time, I got "No potential teachers."  I tried other librarians' names:  williams, nadine and doctor, david and macnaughtan, don--but nothing came up for any of them.  When I tried instructors in other departments (escobar, cantor, borrowdale, trolin)  it worked just fine.

As for Camtasia Studio--I have 4.
