extended test time for disability accommodation on-line

To accommodate a student needing additional time for tests and quizzes in Moodle (on-line class), is there an easier way than copying each quiz as a new assignment and creating a password for that student to get in? I hate to clutter up my website for 70 people to accommodate one student. Can I hide these in any way and still have that student access them?
