I am starting to create a metacourse in Moodle for my Oceanography telecourse spring term and have run into a problem. When this course is offered during the academic year, 5 enrollment slots are given to Cottage Grove and another 5 to Florence. They create their own CRNs for these sections that are separate from the main campus CRN.
The main campus and Cottage Grove set up their CRNs as soon as they could, and these sections show in my Moodle site just fine. Florence, however, did not set up a CRN (43687) until about a week ago (they originally told me that they were not going to run a section of the course spring term). This section does not show up in my Moodle course site. I have logged into ExpressLane and have verified that the Florence section exists and that I am the designated instructor.
I am going to go ahead with the construction of the metacourse, and will add the Florence section later. I am asking for your help in posting the Florence section in my Moodle site so I can include it in the metacourse.
I will be out of town most of this week (March 26 -30), and should be back on Friday afternoon. If you have tried to correspond with me during the week I will get back to you then, or as soon thereafter as possible. Many thanks for your help with this.
