I have a student who took a Quiz in the lab and that exam is still showing as open. Clicking on it in "Results" shows the correct answers highlighted but no answers and a score of zero. The student claims that she clicked "submit all and finish". What might have happened? I assume that the student just needs to take the exam over again.

Another question I had was about the restricted IP list. I noticed that the restricted IP list does not seem to apply to students reviewing their quizzes. I had it set for students to review responses, answers, scores and feedback after the exam was over, and students were able to call up the exam at home, even though I have a restricted IP list. I fixed this by unchecking everything except for "scores". Also, I'm wondering how many instructors are aware of this and were assuming, like I did, that the IP restriction applied when students were looking at responses, answers and feedback.
