Earlier today I sent an e-mail concerning Quizzes and Power Outages.  My 
student has sent the following second e-mail:

Paula Petty [Fri, 09:17]: I'm not sure what happened and why it did happen, 
but I do know as soon as I went to hit the submit button it would not let me, I 
was kick off and still had about 20+ sec left. Then, I went back to the test 
part of it and it said to continue last attempt so I clicked on it, and all 
the answers were then blank there was only a few seconds left, so I knew there 
was not a chance. This all is just so disappointing to me, in addition very 
fustrating to me. Thanks Paula

If you can shed some light on this situation, I would appreciate it.
