Joe and Katie,

If you'd like to get some additional assistance on using Grades, you should get in touch with the faculty webmasters (online@lanecc.edu). Joe and Meredith are at a conference right now, so Daniel is holding down the fort; you'll need to contact him to see when he's available. I've cc:d this to the online account, but you may want to touch base yourself to see when you might be able to drop by.

Joe, I sent another email to you earlier about the issue with your disappearing quiz.

Hi There, It's me again, with another loss. My chapter 2 quiz disappeared from week 2 of my CRN#23237 class, the same section that the chat link disappeared from. This one's especially serious, because I had not recorded the grades anywhere else (only 10 points but the students won't be happy). I'm hoping you can find a file in the archives with the info. Katie Morrison-Graham is also having trouble with "Grades", she posted grades in an "offline assignment" and they disappeared (CRN#20656, BI234). We'd both like to come over for some help with Grades, especially since we can't make the brown bags because of Division meetings at those times. Thanks for any help you can provide,

Joe
