Laura,

The faculty webmasters (online@lanecc.edu) generally handle questions from faculty about using Moodle (I mostly do server-side stuff like fixing bugs, troubleshooting issues with enrollments and logging in, and making configuration changes on the server.

I've forwarded this on to them.
