I verified that the username and password below do login via Secure FTP username: gaudias password: iWq1q#1mP (with complex passwords, I find that it's best to paste them in to avoid typing issues) website: http://teach.lanecc.edu/gaudias If you use FTP to manage your website, then you need an FTP program that supports Secure FTP (also known as SFTP). Note: When connecting via FTP, use Secure FTP (SFTP) which runs on Port 22 (and a program that offers that - Like CoreFTP or Cyberduck - unfortunately, WS_FTP LE does not support Secure FTP / SFTP). (as non-secure FTP is not available) For reference, I have attached a screen capture of using both CoreFTP (for Windows) and Cyberduck (for Mac).
