Hi Kathy,

You are correct.  If you delete a student's attempt at a test ... then they can retake it (of course though ... any questions they have answered will no longer be answered and the student must start from the test from the beginning).

Feel free to delete the students attempt at the test and then they can retake.

I need to reset a test submission for a student who accidentally submitted their test before they were finished.  I see if I click on the list of submitted and open exams, I can check his exam and then select delete. Will this work? Will he be able to start the test over?  Thanks for your help.
