Hi Meredith, Happy New year and good to hear from you!
I can get on expresslane, but I'll tell you what.  I've changed and forgotten my PIN a few times so I really don't know which end is up.  Is it supposed to be the same PIN that I access expresslane with? It's probably different than moodle has seen in the past.

Go to Express Lane and try to login so we know if it's your pin or Moodle.
