David -

I'm sorry, I thought moodleadmin@lanecc.edu was the support address we
were given during in-service and not a person's address. I'll forward
this to online@lanecc.edu.

This sort of division of labor information is very helpful, but not
readily available to part-timers.

Andrea,

I think the faculty webmasters prefer you to send requests for help to
online@lanecc.edu rather than their individual email accounts. I've
forwarded this on to them. Just FYI, there's a general division of
labor between the stuff that I handle--generally issues with creating
courses, enrolling students, and logging in--and questions about
features and so forth, which they generally handle. In this instance, I
think it was a good idea to forward it to us both.

David

Moodle -

A couple people emailed me today because they got 0 on lab 4 and/or
vocab 4.

When I looked at them, they were uploaded while I was away from the
computer. I didn't grade them. I wasn't in Moodle at the time. They also
had no comments from me. I usually at least put in "done" so I know I
graded the assignment.

I don't know if this is a new Moodle glitch or what.

I do not use 0 except at the end of the term. A redo gets a 1 or 2, and
I always include a note.

Has anything been changed recently that would cause this? It's causing
quite a stir with my students.
