This is a great example of an on going problem we face in our country today.  If the government was so insistent on overtaxing our citizens in the first place, a large number of people wouldnt have to be dependent on government assistance like they are now.  This is just my opinion, but if doing foster care is hard decision for you because of less funding by the government, you don't need to be doing foster care in the first place. The government doesn't pay you take care of your own child when you concieve one, so why should it be any different when you willing choose to take a foster child into your life? If your are not financially able to take care of the child without depending on money from the government, then leave it to someone else who can.  Im sick and tired of my hard earned tax dollars going to those who aren't willing to work for a dollar like the rest of us.
